It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.2.2 Consult Your PhysicianYou expressly agree that you should consult with your physician or a medical professional before starting this or any other fitness program, especially if you have a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, or other medical conditions.2.3 Assumption of RiskEngaging in endurance training, running, and cycling involves inherent risks of physical injury or death. By using the Service, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with these activities, even if caused in whole or in part by the action, inaction, or negligence of Ramen Labs LLC or by the algorithms and AI models used by the Service.2.4 Stop Immediately if in PainIf you experience faintness, dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath at any time while using the Service, you should stop immediately and seek medical attention.3. The Service and AI Technology3.1 AI-Generated ContentThe App utilizes artificial intelligence technology (including but not limited to Google Gemini models via Firebase AI Logic) to generate personalized training plans and workout structures ("AI Output") based on the data you provide (e.g., fitness goals, experience level, recent benchmarks).3.2 No Guarantee of AccuracyYou acknowledge that AI models are probabilistic and may produce imperfect, inaccurate, or hallucinated results. While we strive to calibrate the AI for safety and effectiveness, we cannot guarantee that the AI Output will be entirely suitable for your specific physical capabilities. You agree to use your own judgment and common sense when following any AI-generated instructions.3.3 Service EvolutionWe use third-party tools such as PostHog to analyze user behavior and improve the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including specific AI features or coaching modalities) at any time without notice or liability.4. Eligibility4.1 Age RequirementThe Service is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the full right, power, and authority to enter into this agreement.4.2 Prohibited UsersIf you are under 18 years old, you are strictly prohibited from using the Service. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18.5. User Accounts and Health Data5.1 Account SecurityYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (including Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In credentials). You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.5.2 HealthKit IntegrationThe App integrates with Apple’s HealthKit framework to read and write data (e.g., Heart Rate, Workouts, Routes). By granting the App access to HealthKit, you agree that we may process this data to provide the Service. You acknowledge that we do not own your HealthKit data and that your use of HealthKit is subject to Apple’s terms and policies.5.3 Accuracy of InformationThe effectiveness of the Service relies on the accuracy of the data you input (e.g., 5K times, perceived exertion, current training volume). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information to ensure the AI generates appropriate training loads.6. Location Services and Routes6.1 GPS TrackingThe App uses Core Location services to track your outdoor workouts, record routes, and calculate pace/distance. You acknowledge that this requires significant battery usage and that GPS accuracy depends on your device and environment.6.2 Route VisualizationWe may generate static images or map visualizations of your completed routes. You agree that these visualizations are for personal use and tracking progress.6.3 SafetyYou are solely responsible for your safety while performing outdoor workouts. You agree to obey all traffic laws and remain aware of your surroundings. The App does not warn you of physical hazards, traffic, or road conditions.7. Subscriptions and Payments7.1 Premium SubscriptionsThe app requires a paid subscription ("Premium") for unlimited access all features.7.2 BillingAll payments are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your Apple ID payment method.7.3 Auto-RenewalYour subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.7.4 CancellationYou can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Deleting the App or your account with us does not cancel your subscription.7.5 RefundsAll purchases are final. Ramen Labs LLC does not offer refunds for any portion of a subscription period. Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support and are subject to Apple’s refund policies.8. Intellectual Property8.1 OwnershipThe Service, including its code, design, "Corsa" trademarks, graphics, and algorithms, is owned by Ramen Labs LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.8.2 License to YouSubject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial fitness training.9. User Data and License9.1 Your Data ("User Content")"User Content" refers to any data, text, fitness metrics, health information, route coordinates, and other materials you input, upload, or log into the App. You retain full ownership of your User Content. We do not claim ownership of your workout logs or health data.9.2 Limited License to Ramen LabsTo provide the Service, we need your permission to process this data. By using the App, you grant Ramen Labs LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, analyze, and process your User Content solely for the following purposes:Operating the Service: Generating training plans, calculating metrics (e.g., VO2 Max, Heart Rate Zones), and syncing your data across devices via our backend.Improving the Service: Analyzing aggregated usage patterns via third-party analytics tools to identify bugs, optimize AI performance, and improve user experience.AI Processing: Sending text inputs and performance data to our AI providers (Google Firebase AI Logic) to generate personalized workout recommendations.9.3 No Commercial Use of User ContentRamen Labs LLC will not sell your User Content to third parties or use your specific workout data or private routes for public marketing or advertising purposes without your explicit written consent.10. Prohibited ConductYou agree not to:Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to obtain the source code of the App.Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person.Interfere with the operation of the Service or the servers/networks used to make the Service available.Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission.11. Disclaimer of WarrantiesTHE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. RAMEN LABS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE: WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE SPECIFIC ATHLETIC RESULTS, TIMES, OR PHYSIOLOGICAL ADAPTATIONS (E.G., INCREASED VO2 MAX).ACCURACY: WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE AI-GENERATED PLANS OR GPS DATA WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR ACCURATE.NON-INFRINGEMENT AND MERCHANTABILITY.12. General Provisions15.1 SeverabilityIf any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.15.2 Entire AgreementThese Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Ramen Labs LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements, communications, and other understandings relating to the subject matter of these Terms.15.3 WaiverNo waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Ramen Labs LLC's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.16. Changes to TermsWe reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via the email associated with your account.
