For premium subscribers, credits refresh monthly, at the start of each billing cycle. Users on the free plan do not receive more credits after the initial allocaiton.
No, credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Any unused credits from your current subscription period will expire when your next billing cycle begins - credits reset to 100 each month.
You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings page. Please note that this action is permanent and irreversible. It will delete all your profile information, saved looks, generated images, and remaining credits. Make sure to cancel your subscription separately through your Apple ID settings if you have an active Premium subscription.
Photos may be rejected for several reasons: the image quality is too low, the face is not clearly visible or properly lit, multiple faces are detected in the photo, or the image violates our content policy. For best results, use a clear, well-lit photo with your face directly facing the camera. Ensure there's only one person in the frame and avoid heavy filters or editing.
Credits are utilized for the following actions - creating looks, generating additional angles of an existing look, and getting style recommendations. Each of these actions take one credit each.
